Britney Hommertzheim

Britney is the Information Security Director for AMC Theatres. She has over a decade of information technology management experience. She began her security career in the US Army where she began leading a team of 20, and developed her career to leading over 90 team leads and traveled internationally to assess the network security of military, police, and other government partners. She now oversees the Information Security Department for AMC Theatres. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the security strategy, oversees all security personnel, and ensures all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
Certified CISSP and PMP, and also holds a certification for CompTIA S+ and IT Business Management. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied & Discrete Mathematics, and a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity. She has also held multiple board positions in both professional and charitable organizations.
